Cancellation Policy
100% refund – cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
50% refund – cancelled 30 days before reservation
No refund within 30 days of reservation.
A $50.00 fee will be charged to anyone who issues a credit card chargeback and we prove charges were in accordance with our policies.
Pet Policy
There is a $100.00 pet fee. Please clean up after your pet. You will be responsible for damages to the cabins, other guest or property and/or additional cleaning charges. Your credit card will be billed for such damages or cleaning charges if other arrangements are not made. If you choose to break this policy, you will be asked to leave and there is no refunds due you.
Any non-authorized pets will be subject to an additional $200.00 charge.
Smoking Policy
All of our cabins are non-smoking, you must smoke outside of the cabin. Please use ash trays and do not put butts on ground. Please help us prevent forest fires. There is a $250.00 fee if this policy is violated. Thank You!
Adverse Weather
In the case of inclement weather such as snow, high winds, tornadoes, lightning strikes, forest fires, etc., if Backroads Inn and Cabins is unable to offer power, water, or access to the property by 4:00 pm, the guest will have the option to receive a refund for that night’s stay. The condition of the cabins and the property will be accessed on a day-to-day basis.
